My Philosophy

Presenting My Dissertation Research on Teacher PD

I am an education professional, with varied experiences ranging from K-12 classroom instruction to professional development and teacher training. Throughout the years, my experiences have helped to shape my philosophy around best practices in terms of instruction and leadership.

Every child has a fundamental right to an education that provides for both educational and socioemotional needs.  Every child deserves to learn in a safe, supportive environment that celebrates their individual, developing selves.  Every child has a right to an education that is not hindered by  their zip code, background and other structural barriers.  Every child should have opportunity and access to rigorous curriculum, dedicated teachers and well-funded schools. Every child.
